The initiative, aimed at teachers from kindergarten to high school in the country's public schools, started in 2021, in a first phase dedicated to hearing these professionals.
The second phase of the project, which began in 2022, develops and offers learning trails, tools and content aimed at teachers all over Brazil. Instituto Chamex contributes with contents and courses with focus on Kindergarten Education.
The program was developed to provide pedagogic guidance, materials and tools enabling teachers to face the challenges for resumption of presential classes. The scope of the content includes all phases of Learning Restoration: diagnosis, planning and follow-up of themes related to the educators’ performance and legal frameworks, didactic strategies and main challenges after the end of online classes and resumption of presential classes.
For 2023, the project was designed to meet more specific demands from education departments, and involved offering face-to-face workshops and self-instructional courses on pedagogical planning aimed at addressing educational gaps in classrooms.
