The initiative recognizes the commitment and dedication of the Volunteer Educators, leaders and Human Resources professionals who, in all AIPI Formare School units, transform lives through education

The AIPI Formare School Recognition Program, created by the AIPI Institute, rewarded on May 11, 12 and 13 – in the Luiz Antonio (SP), Três Lagoas (MS) and Mogi Guaçu (SP) units, respectively – a total of 15 volunteer educators for their commitment and dedication to their students.

With the objective to foster transformation through education, based on criteria such as the educator’s classroom attendance and the professional’s stimulus for participation of the students in the classroom, the program was carried out through the analysis of indicators made by the students and included five professionals per unit – three Volunteer Educators from the Instrumental Base subjects and two from the Technological Base in each of the schools – in addition to training leaders involved with the project and Human Resources professionals who support all the actions of the AIPI Formare School. Each outstanding person won a gift voucher to be used to buy books and thus continue to promote education.

The teacher Fábio Henrique Silva, awarded in Três Lagoas, talked about how it felt to be part of the project: “For me, it was a great honor to have this first contact with volunteer work. I am even more honored to be part of such a great and special project as Formare. Being able to share a little of the knowledge we have and our daily life inside a global company like IP is fantastic”, he said, encouraging the initiative and wishing success for graduated students in their chosen career.

Ana Maria Pereira, pro bono Educator in Mogi Guaçu, shared her satisfaction as volunteer: “Volunteer work humanizes me, makes me help others, warming my heart and thus providing an incredible well-being. This makes me sure that I receive much more than I give. The return is always unexpected and very positive, like this recognition,” she said.

For the Volunteer Educator at the Luiz Antônio unit, José Adalberto, the path is always education: “At Formare, teaching is not about making someone’s life easier, it is about giving the choice of the best path: education.”

Especially in challenging times as we are living, volunteering has become even more relevant. We thank all the volunteers who help us daily and who dedicate themselves to transform the lives of so many young people.
